Leantek Solutions is a remote engineering studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We work with founders, product teams, and agencies who need backend systems that hold up under real-world load.
Our scope is deliberately narrow: backends, web applications, real-time architecture, and integrations. We don't pretend to be a full-service agency — we are engineers, and we ship engineering.
Working remote-first means our process is asynchronous by default, documented by habit, and timezone-flexible by design.
